Suggested Serving Temperatures

Temperature is arguably the one factor that has the greatest impact on the potential enjoyment of a glass of wine. Serve a bottle too warm and wine feels blousy or flabby on the palate; too cold, and both aroma and taste are muted.  I have created a chart outlining the suggested serving temperature for each major style and variety. Feel free to print this file and/or pass it around so that others might also achieve the maximum enjoyment from their favourite bottles.

Cheers,
Tyler
